Membership is the foundation of Off Course. We are intentionally launching with only 35 Memberships to preserve access, create a comfortable Club environment and give Members a better experience.
Standard Membership
$155/month
- Access to Off Course
- Simulator reservation privileges
- Primary Member + Family Privilege (immediate family)
- Guest access (up to 2 guests, $25 each per visit)

Enhanced
Premium Membership
$235/month
Includes all Standard Membership privileges, plus:
- Speakeasy access
- Private-room reservation privileges
- Lockable Member alcohol storage
- Golf-club storage
- Enhanced reservation privileges
- One eligible league entry annually
Both Plans
- $50 one-time initiation fee
- 12-month commitment, billed monthly, renewable annually
- Foursome sims generally receive up to 2 hours
The Founding 35
Be Part of the Beginning
The original 35 accepted Memberships will become the Founding 35. Founding Members receive:
- Permanent recognition as part of the original Off Course membership
- A Founding Member welcome gift
- Invitation to the Founders Opening Night
- An annual Club Credit beginning with the first renewal, while remaining active and in good standing
